You glance at the Wi-Fi router. The lights blink as usual. A bad signal maybe? You turn on the TV, flipping through channels. Static. Every single one.
Frowning, you check your messages. Failed to send. You try calling a friend. No ringtone. Just silence.
You step outside. A neighbor stands on their porch, phone in hand, same confused look on their face. Across the street, someone taps their laptop, shaking their head.
